1. Eligibility for Returns

- The request is made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
Non-returnable items include:

- Personal care or hygiene items once opened
- Gift cards or digital products
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Customized or special-order products
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Send clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- Once verified, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund—depending on your preference and product availability.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- We will provide instructions and the return address.
- Return the item in its original packaging along with any accessories, manuals, or tags.
Important:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong item, etc.).
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Note:

6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, the order may already be processing or shipped and cannot be canceled.
